The developers have not revealed any patch notes for the same either. The community is speculating that this could be another hotfix and the official patch notes may not be revealed by EA.

So far the only thing confirmed is that the update size is 523.99 MB on Xbox Series X|S. It is likely to be similar on other platforms too.
Some users are noticing that the issue where the Kicking UI blocked the visibility of the Kick Meter has also been addressed in this update.
It is safe to assume that Madden 24 Update 1.007 / 1.06 is just more of a hotfix targeting a few lingering bugs ahead of next month’s title update. Meanwhile, Madden 24’s monthly title update arrived earlier this month on October 4, 2023. The second major Title Update since launch, it brought about significant updates in gameplay, modes, teams, presentation, UI, and more.
A number of gameplay fixes were made in abilities, catching, defense and special teams, AI, passing, blocking, playbook, pass coverage, as well as post-play. Major AI issues were fixed in this title update.
The issue where the AI-controlled team would burn their last timeout early and would sometimes not attempt field goals with the clock expiring was fixed. Similarly, the issue that caused AI-controlled teams to attempt long field goals when out of range was also fixed in this update.
