It’s finally the day when fans get to set their eyes on the new Grand Theft Auto game. Rockstar has launched the first-ever trailer of GTA 6. Since the developers announced that the upcoming project was in development and would be out soon, the community had been excited like never before.
After months of leaks, rumors, and silence from the developers, Rockstar finally decided to release the first-ever trailer of GTA 6 while announcing their 25-year celebration. The excitement of the fans was evident when the announcement broke records to become the most-liked gaming tweet ever.
GTA 6 trailer leaked
Just when fans were gearing up for an early December reveal of the GTA 6 trailer, the devs decided to drop the exact date and time. As promised by Rockstar GTA 6 trailer was launched on December 5, 2023, at 9 AM ET.
Rockstar had already uploaded the video on YouTube for it to be premiered on the said date and time. However, the trailer leaked hours before its scheduled time, forcing the developers to reveal the trailer beforehand.
Rockstar, on its official X (formerly Twitter) handle, announced that the trailer had been leaked, hence urging fans to watch the “real thing” on their YouTube channel.

It was also confirmed via the YouTube premier that the GTA 6 trailer will be 91 seconds long, making it the longest trailer from Rockstar in recent years. The actual trailer stands at exactly 90 seconds though.
Which animals are seen in the GTA 6 trailer?
Numerous leaks had previously suggested that GTA 6 will be based around Vice City, the game’s version of real-life Miami. The information was confirmed when Rockstar used palm trees in its first-ever creative and now in the trailer itself. Similarly, there had been countless leaks on which animals and wildlife, Rockstar could include in the upcoming game. And among the various features seen in the latest trailer, animals are seen in plenty.
Rockstar Game’s dynamic worlds are well-known for their detail and beauty. Several games under their banner have had few to no animals at all. However, the studios changed that by adding a massive number of animals in the first Red Dead Redemption, which no other Rockstar game has done before.
Although they didn’t have the best detailing back then, they had pretty good textures. Then came Grand Theft Auto 5, which, for the first time since San Andreas, featured massive countryside. Here Rockstar decided to include more animals. Although not a lot those added were enough to make the game more lively.
The GTA 6 trailer features an impressive number of animals at multiple spots throughout its 1-minute and 30-second duration. Here are some animals seen in the trailer:
