After multiple beta tests, the highly anticipated fast-paced action first-person shooter game, The Finals, has finally been released for the gaming community. It seems reasonable that such trial periods would be necessary for a game as intense and frantic as this one, in order for the developers to adjust the balance of each weapon.
With players engaging in fierce conflicts in its epic arena, The Finals is quickly gaining popularity. With 12 different weapons divided into three categories—heavy, medium, and light, the game promises thrilling gameplay. These weapons include guns, shields, daggers, and swords.
The Finals boast an amazing array of weaponry, many of which are extremely potent, particularly for those in the Heavy class.
Considering that these guns are heavy, players won’t be able to move as quickly while using them, but these weapons are unmatched in their ability to decimate opposition forces and open up routes for friends. There are a variety of weaponry options available for players who wish to experiment with the Heavy class.
SA1216
SA1216 in The Finals comes with a damage of 70, a fire rate of 40, a range of 20, an accuracy of 30, a mag size of 16, and a reload speed of 3.
Though technically a hefty weapon, this semi-automatic shotgun is surprisingly rapid and can still deliver a powerful blow if the player is close enough to the target. The player’s trigger finger truly determines how quickly the rounds fire, however, it’s best to space them out because quick firing might negatively affect accuracy.
Nevertheless, there’s no denying that the SA1216 is among the greatest weapons in the game for controlling crowds, and its reload isn’t too bad either. It’s an incredible all-around weapon with an insanely high damage stat that makes it extremely deadly up close, making it a real contender in The Finals.
MGL32
MGL32 Grenade Launcher in The Finals comes with a damage of 50, a fire rate of 20, a range of 40, an accuracy of 20, a mag size of 6, and a reload speed of 3.1.
Because of the radius of the explosive bursts and the range of its projectiles, the MGL32 grenade launcher is an extremely potent weapon. This weapon is particularly hazardous for close-knit teams that coordinate their abilities because it can contain six grenades in total before it needs to be reloaded. This is more than enough to destroy a few enemies who are nearby.
Additionally, the grenades have the ability to bounce once or twice before detonating, which can result in some incredibly rewarding ricochet kills. Naturally, it also has some incredible remote environmental destruction potential, which is always a welcome extra in a game where anything may be destroyed.
Flamethrower
Flamethrower in The Finals comes with a damage of 40, a fire rate of 70, a range of 10, an accuracy of 60, a mag size of 30, and a reload speed of 3.5.
Although the flamethrower is a lot of fun to use and can be rather deadly in small, secluded situations, its damage can be a touch disappointing, enabling many faster classes a small window of opportunity to flee the flames if their reflexes are strong enough.
Players can easily use the Charge ‘N Slam ability to charge through walls and light up anyone hidden on the opposite side, making it a very powerful tool for infiltration techniques. When it comes to overall effectiveness, this weapon is a double-edged blade, but it still has the ability to completely destroy opposing teams that have a tendency to stick together in small groups, so it shouldn’t be disregarded.
Sledgehammer
Sledgehammer in The Finals comes with a damage of 90 and an attack speed of 20. Although the sledgehammer can be used offensively as well as supportively by the Heavy class, it’s actually considerably more effective when used to open up the map and provide vantage spots and sightlines for the squad.
The sledgehammer can break down walls with ease, and players who are in a cohesive team can use it to easily take an opposing squad by surprise. Entering a building and using the Mesh Shield to block the enemy while the other players eliminate them is an extremely powerful offensive tactic that can quickly eliminate a squad.
The sledgehammer’s offensive clumsiness is its main drawback, particularly when it comes to its incredibly slow power stroke.
M60
M60 LMG in The Finals comes with a damage of 30, a fire rate of 40, a range of 40, an accuracy of 30, a mag size of 70, and a reload speed of 3.5.
The M60 performs similarly to the Lewis Gun in terms of accuracy, but it does have one significant advantage over the latter, it can contain a maximum of 70 bullets, as opposed to the Lewis Gun’s 47. These few more rounds go a long way because the reload takes a while in a game this fast-paced, and in true LMG fashion, they’ll tear adversaries apart as long as the player can learn to deal with the recoil.
This is the epitome of a spray-and-pray weapon, and although it may take some practice to get the hang of it, in the right hands it can be quite lethal.
Lewis Gun
Lewis Gun in The Finals comes with a damage of 30, a fire rate of 40, a range of 40, an accuracy of 40, a mag size of 47, and a reload speed of 3.5.
There’s no doubt that the Lewis Gun has some very impressive total statistics, but the gun’s terrible recoil prevents it from being as useful as it could be. It is quite difficult to truly focus on the enemy players are shooting at when using the Lewis Gun because the reticle will move up the screen even when they are single-firing.
Therefore, it’s evident that the Lewis Gun is intended for players who can retreat behind their walls and supply friends with covering fire. As a result, it works best when combined with one of the Heavy’s specializations, such as the Goo Gun, which allows the player to quickly move from cover to cover fire instead of charging in with all weapons firing.
