GTA Online is a dynamic and persistent open world for up to 30 players. It begins by sharing gameplay features, geography, and mechanics with Grand Theft Auto V. In the sprawling, sun-soaked city of Los Santos, players can start from scratch and rise to the top of the criminal ranks by banding together to complete heists, jobs for cash, purchase assets, and character upgrades.
It continues to expand and evolve with content created and updated by Rockstar. As part of the gameplay, GTA Online offers features such as forming or joining Motorcycle Clubs and becoming a CEO to trade contraband or form a criminal empire. Recent updates also added the iconic Hip-hop producer Dr. Dre to GTA Online, and the game is expected to have further updates.

To acquire a garage in GTA Online, follow these steps:
- Reach Rank 5 in the game.
- Visit the Dynasty 8 real estate website using your phone.
- Browse the selection of garages and select the one you want to purchase.
- Confirm your purchase; the garage will be added to your properties.
On the map, you could set a way-point to your purchased garage. Players need to deliver their vehicles to the garages manually before being able to access them from there.
Garages available in GTA Online
Garages play a pivotal role in GTA Online. They serve as safehouses where players can store their vehicles, keeping them safe from other players. Garages can be purchased via the Dynasty 8 website or by interacting with property sale signs outside their respective buildings. They are available for purchase after the player has reached Rank 5. These properties are exclusively for vehicle storage, with limited player activities available inside.
The importance of garages extends beyond just storage. They are integral to missions and can be a source of income. Each garage has a mechanic who will maintain your vehicles and deliver them to you for a daily fee. Any damage to a vehicle driven into an owned garage will be fixed by the mechanic instantly and free of any cost to the player.
