This is what Endrick had to say about CR7 (via Onefootball), “He’s my biggest idol, a player who broke all records by being an exemplary, dedicated player. He is more than an athlete, he is a guy that everyone should have as an example because no matter the moment, he wants to be the best, he wants to win titles, he wants to achieve milestones, in addition to being a person who shows humility.”
His choice though doesn’t come as a surprise. Cristiano Ronaldo’s illustrious career has been an inspiration for many young stars of the 21st century. The long list includes the names of heavyweights like Kylian Mbappe, Rafael Leao, Vinicius Jr., etc. Endrick would hope to emulate the success that Cristiano Ronaldo while the Portuguese was in the Spanish Capital.
