Nate Diaz has created doubts in the mind of fans after his provocative remarks during the pre-match press conference alongside Jake Paul. Diaz will make his debut in the boxing ring with Paul on August 5, 2023, at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.
During the pre-match press conference that took place on Thursday, Paul was heard saying, “Imma bend him over and f**k him like a cowboy.”
Following this, the pair were posed with a question: “Gentlemen, every great story has a hero and a villain, in this situation, who is the good guy and who is actually the bad guy?”

Diaz responded to this by saying, “Jake’s the gay guy.”
Diaz, with his provocative remark, also responded to what Jake had said previously. This remark, on the other hand, sparked controversy among fans. However, if we look at the long list of girlfriends and rumored girlfriends Paul has had, we can be assured that he is not gay. As of now, Paul is dating Dutch speed skater Jutta Leerdam.
Jake Paul once joked about being gay on Andrew Schulz’s podcast
Paul made an appearance on The Flagrant podcast hosted by Andrew Schulz and Aakash Singh in July 2022. Among the things they talked about was a segment where they discussed Tommy Fury. This was after Fury after had pulled out of his fight against Paul citing visa issues.
Paul claimed that Fury’s antics were ‘sus’ (suspicious). The Problem Child compared Schulz to the Love Island star, “It’s sus bro kinda like you right now.” Paul told Schulz. The comedian replied, ”Yeah, but I’m not ‘sus’ I’m fast forward.” This led to a huge laugh from Paul and the others present on the show.
Schulz further said what he thought Jake might be thinking after having such a conversation, “What’s going on is this gay podcast, come on bro you weren’t the only one left outside the house okay but can we bring up more hot guys.”
This led to further laughs from the guys and following that Jake said, ”I’m Gay.” In the context of things, this completely felt like a joke and that is all it probably was.
