Dillon Danis has found himself in a sticky situation after weeks of trolling Logan Paul’s fiancee. Following a lawsuit against him, Danis has been doing his best to avoid being served. As such, his latest encounter has left many laughing over the situation.
Recently, Dillon revealed that Nina Agdal had taken serious legal action against him, which could potentially see his fight canceled. According to him, the Danish model was seeking jail time, which is yet to be confirmed. With that said, Dillon has been actively avoiding getting served for the past couple of weeks.

As such, footage has emerged online, posted by various outlets. wherein a process server tried approaching Danis. In the clip recorded by the process server, he can be heard saying, “Oh hey there sir, I have a document for you”. In his response, ‘El Jefe’ asks who it’s for to which the server replies “Dillon Danis”. Here, the BJJ ace simply says, “That’s not me” and proceeds to walk away.
For the most part, Dillon remains on high guard for now and continues to deny being the person in the video. Previously, things almost got very serious when reports and leaked images of Dillon being arrested emerged. However, it was later clarified that it was an old picture and not a current one. Additionally, this could become increasingly serious in the lead-up to his fight against Logan Paul next month.
How is Dillon Danis dealing with Nina Agdal’s lawsuit?
In the past week or so, we have seen Danis taking evasive measures. Taking to social media, Dillon revealed that he would be moving his training to North Korea. Notably, this was in response to people taking pictures outside his door. Taking to social media, Dillon also posted the footage of people loitering outside his door, waiting to hand him the lawsuit documents.
Although Dillon has been running rampant on social media for a long time, many were curious as to why Nina has threatened to sue him now. As it turns out, posting more than 250 images of Logan’s fiancee has caused her severe “humiliation, emotional distress, and reputation harm.”
Thus, she has sued him for a reported minimum of $150,000 for each violation (picture) of federal law. However, the images themselves are not the main reason why Nina has decided to go forward with the lawsuit.
🚨DANIS X AGDAL LAWSUIT UPDATE🚨
Nina Agdal hired a cybersecurity firm that discovered Dillon Danis allegedly posted Snapchat content hacked in 2022 from an iPad mini and iPhone XS that were traced to VPNs in Phoenix and NYC, respectively.

According to sources, one of the posts made by Dillon was content directly from Nina’s private Snapchat account. As it turns out, Nina’s account details had been altered and her data was stolen and downloaded onto devices that she has never owned. Moreover, the IP addresses and locations of the access to the account do not coincide with hers. Thus, there is suspicion that Dillon or his accomplices have indulged in illegal means to acquire some of the photographs.
Currently, there is no saying how the situation will progress as Dillon continues to evade being served the lawsuit documents. Some suggest that his failure to comply could result in an arrest. With only a few weeks left for the fight, it leaves the door open for a late twist in the tale. What did you make of the matter? Leave your thoughts in the comments section below.
