With another day passing by, the life surrounding Andrew Tate is again making headlines, unfortunately, a sad one for his fans. Romanian authorities detailed the 36-year-old along with his brother Tristan last year. They have been under custody for over 3 months. The officials have now rejected their appeal for a 5th time.
Ever since the arrest, the duo has appealed multiple times for an early release, with all of them getting rejected. February 27th was the last time the brothers had appealed, which resulted in a red signal for them. Soon after, Tate’s health started deteriorating, with rumors of lung cancer floating around. And as per documents, Romanian officials were supposed to provide him with “immediate medical attention” in January.

The British-American duo had their appeal hearing on March 14th, and that has since been denied. While this doesn’t mean that they won’t release Tate brothers until proven not guilty, fans are really putting their faith in “6th time’s the charm”. The self-claimed “life coach” will remain detained until the 29th of March at the earliest. However, he does have until March 16 to appeal.
Andrew’s account has been heavily active on Twitter despite being in prison since the December of last year. Soon after a Romanian judge rejected their most recent appeal, ‘Top G’ took to his digital pen & paper before appearing on Twitter. While reeking of self-motivation, the message goes something like this,
God tests his favorite creations with the hardest battles.
It is an opportunity to show God how strong you are.
It's an audition to showcase your brilliance.
I am human.
I miss my family,
I miss my freedom.
But I also understand.
Life as a man is struggle and pain. pic.twitter.com/rIOy30ewJE

He continues in the thread, “I will continue to write and work in this cell. I will continue to prepare for my eventual release. My ancestors are watching me. I will show them. I am outstanding even in the rain. To all of you with your own trials and struggles. I recommend you do the same.”
The message is followed by a picture of vintage Andrew, during one of his kickboxing matches. He went on to win 4 world titles before retiring from the sport for good.
Fans rally on Twitter in favor of Andrew Tate
As expected, fans and haters alike took to their social media to immediately voice their opinions. While some are praying for a sooner-than-later release, others are appearing to lash out at him because of his controversial and misogynistic comments from the past. He sure does attract a diversified demographic.
