Another day and another big update regarding Andrew Tate is coming out. However, there is no legal update this time around, instead, it has to do with his health. Fans have been hearing a lot of chatter regarding a potential lung cancer diagnosis. As a result, the mood amongst his fanbase was quite down. Since then, Tate’s social media team addressed the rumors and rubbished them.
They stated that Andrew has not been diagnosed with lung cancer and his manager so corroborated the news. Although it may not be cancer, Andrew Tate is still having some problems with his health. Right after his arrest, Andrew went to the hospital for a few health checkups. That is when reports surfaced that Tate has developed a lung nodule.

Such conditions require treatment and Tate was looking to go under the procedure in Dubai. However, since his arrest, Tate has been inside a Romanian prison. But recently, he was spotted inside a private hospital in Bucharest. According to a report from Realitatea PLUS, Tate was escorted into the hospital in a police car and he spent about 10-15 minutes inside the hospital premises. The incident took place on Friday, March 10.
Reports previously suggested that Dubai was Andrew’s first destination for his treatment. But, due to the legal procedures in Romania, he opted for a private facility in the country itself. Although it was not permanent, Tate was finally released from detention for medical reasons.
When will Andrew Tate come out of prison?
Andrew Tate was arrested alongside his brother, Tristan Tate, alleged girlfriend Georgiana Naghel, and Luana Radu on December 28, 2022. Earlier in April that year, Tate came on the DIICOT’s radar for human trafficking. Although he was just interrogated at that point, the authorities arrested him in December.
Since then, fans have found out that Tate has been charged with r*pe, human trafficking, and organized crime. Although Tate is not on trial yet, he has been under investigation and his detention period has been extended for 90 days in total. Tate’s lawyers are claiming that the Romanian authorities do not have enough evidence to warrant such long detention.

However, Tate’s luck in the courtroom has not favored him. Despite challenging the decree multiple times, his appeal has been turned down multiple times. Recently, Andrew tweeted that his release was imminent. But, a few weeks have gone by and he is still behind bars. So fans will have to wait for official announcements on the matter to get better clarity on when he may be released.
