Tate Brothers: Free but restricted
The authorities arrested the brothers in December 2020, along with two female accomplices from Romania, for allegedly exploiting seven women whom they lured with false promises of love or marriage. According to the prosecutors, the brothers coerced the women into webcam work and prostitution for their own sexual and financial benefit.

They also charged Andrew Tate with raping one of the women. The brothers have refused all the charges and have maintained that they are blameless victims of a scheme devised by their foes. According to The Guardian, the Bucharest Court of Appeals freed them from house arrest on August 4, 2021, after they approved their request for judicial control.
The court imposed several restrictions on them, such as not leaving the Municipality of Bucharest and Ilfov county without prior approval, not possessing or using weapons, not contacting any of the other defendants, witnesses, victims, or plaintiffs in the case, and regularly reporting to the authorities.

The trial date for the Tate brothers has not been set yet. Meanwhile, they continue to enjoy their freedom and fortune while showing off their car collection to their loyal fans and followers.
