After a 10-round fight with Nate Diaz, Youtube boxing influencer Jake Paul is back in the winning column. Jake won comfortably with a unanimous decision over Diaz and even managed to drop him in the fifth round. Paul started very strong in the first round, landing several shots and earning cheers from the crowd.
However, Nate Diaz simply shined in the latter rounds with his relentless cardio and metal chin. While there was a lot of clinching between the fighters, Diaz also managed to get a guillotine choke on Jake Paul. With a win over Diaz in boxing, Paul declared that he wanted to fight Nate in MMA.
The 26-year-old also added the previously proposed $10 million offer for Nate to fight him in PFL. Apart from Diaz, Jake was also questioned about who he sees himself against inside the ring next. A possible fight with Conor McGregor was suggested by one of the reporters as Paul had previously called him out.

McGregor also has tested himself against boxing icon Floyd Mayweather and fared pretty well. However, Paul is not interested in a boxing match with The Notorious at the moment, he believes the UFC star should go to rehab instead.
“I don’t care about that guy. He needs to go to rehab. I want Nate in MMA. I want more professional boxers and I want Canelo,” revealed the problem child.
While Canelo dislikes the idea of a bout with Jake Paul, he is not completely shut to it, the Mexican fighter has revealed that somewhere down the line he would give Jake Paul a thought, given he improves.
Canelo Alvarez might think about fighting Jake Paul in the Future
With Jake Paul winning his fight against Nate Diaz this weekend, he has his eyes set on the future. The Problem child wants to fight Nate Diaz in an MMA bout and is ready to offer him $10 million. He also revealed that he wanted to fight more professional fighters and eventually share the ring with Canelo Alvarez.
Paul has called out Canelo several times, but the Mexican fighter could not care to waste his time on Jake for now, however, the idea is something he would certainly entertain somewhere down the line.

“The thing I’m thinking about is why you guys asking me for that fight. Jake Paul, please guys, maybe in two years. we can talk. I hope he improves more and he do a really good job and improve in boxing,” said Alvarez.
With a win over Nate Diaz, the 26-year-old has displayed that he constantly keeps on improving. With more than 2 to 3 years of training, Paul might even get wins over professional boxers.
Regardless, Alvarez as of now is completely focused on defending his undisputed super middleweight title against Jermell Charlo. The bout takes place on September 30 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Do you think Canelo accepts the Jake Paul fight in the future? Tell us in the comments below.
