Caleb Plant is currently one of the biggest names in the boxing world. The American is ranked the world’s second-best active super-middleweight Transnational Boxing Rankings Board and also ranked third most active by ESPN and The Ring. Plant currently holds the IBF World Super Middleweight belt, WBO, WBC, WBA, and The Ring super middleweight titles.
Plant grew up in Ashland City, Tennessee and throughout his childhood, he got to experience the fighting and gym environment as his father, Richie Plant was a professional kickboxer. Plant’s early life was full of adversities and he had to work odd jobs to fulfill the financial requirements of the family.
His mother was always engaged with substance use which made the condition worse. After working very hard Plant finally became a professional boxer and then he never looked back. Plant’s popularity skyrocketed when he shocked the world by defeating Jose Uzcategui in 2019.
Other than being a force of nature inside the ring, Caleb Plant is a family man and cares a lot about his close ones. But life has not been so kind to the champion as he lost her 19-month-old daughter, Alia Plant due to a rare medical condition that caused seizures.
The plant also lost her mother, Beth Plant in a police shootout for pulling a knife on an officer. During all these hardships one of the main people who provided support to Plant was his wife, Jordan Plant.

Jordan Plant is a Fox Broadcaster and a well-reputed boxing reporter. Currently, she is working as the Premier Boxing Champions Correspondent and Digital Asset Assistant Director in Haymon Boxing Management. Jordan completed her Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Other than being in the journalism field, Jordan is an athlete and has competed in 100-meters hurdles in the past. She also likes to sing and play the piano.
Jordan is very active in her Instagram account where she regularly posts about her work, personal posts with Caleb, and fitness-related content. She has always supported Plant, losing their daughter was one of the hardest things for the couple. But, Jordan understands the emotions of Plant and always tries to motivate him.
Plant’s(21-0) next opponent is going to be Canelo Alvarez and the hype around the fight is unreal. The Mexican ran through the super middleweight division dominating everyone who came in his way.
The bout is all set to take place inside MGM Grand Garden Arena in Paradise, Nevada on November 6, 2021. The winner of the fight will become the first-ever undisputed super middleweight champion in the history of boxing.
