Since 2019, Bumstead hasn’t missed any of the contests, with his commanding X-frame, dense muscularity, and V-taper. Even though Cbum only competes in Classic Physique competition, he prepped himself for bodybuilding from the open division.
Training for the 2023 Olympia competition has been quite tough for Bumstead, as his brother-in-law Lain Valliere retired from sports. Valliere used to mentor Cbum before Hany Rambod took charge.

For Bumstead to win the fifth Classic Physique Olympia title, he would have to beat Urs Kalecinski and Roman Rocha Queiroz.
