NFL quarterback Dak Prescott is currently the subject of two separate police investigations. The 30-year-old is presently signed with the Dallas Cowboys and just finished 8 seasons with the franchise after being drafted by them in 2016. The Louisiana native had a dream start to his NFL career as Prescott was the Offensive Rookie of the Year. However, in 2017, he allegedly assaulted a woman s*xually.
In a recent report, FOX 4 Dallas-Forth Worth added the alleged victim, Victoria Shores, has demanded $100 million from Prescott to not press charges against the NFL player. The victim reportedly got in touch with Prescott via an email to Mississippi State University in January 2024. As per the demand letter, their interactions took place on February 2, 2017, in Plano Texas.
Allegedly, the NFL quarterback “exposed himself” to the reported victim, Victoria Shores, inside an SUV. Upon her resistance to the sexual advances, Dak allegedly “penetrated” Shores without her consent. However, some have questioned why she decided to stay silent on the matter for over 7 years. According to her attorney Yoel Zehaie, it took “time” for the alleged victim to open up about the incident.
During an interview, the attorney said, “It takes time for the s*xual assault victim to come out.” Talking about demanding $100 million in damages, He further added, “What’s the price you can put on a r*pe? The trauma that comes from that, the humiliation that comes from that, there’s not a price tag that you can put on that. So to be honest, I don’t think $100 million was out of the realm of possibility. Now, are we willing to negotiate it? Yes.”
Dallas police have confirmed that there was a s*xual assault complaint has been filed against Prescott earlier in March 2024 and there is an investigation going on. However, Prescott has denied the allegations and has retaliated legally.

Not only that, he has brought up his girlfriend Sarah Jane Ramos and their recently born daughter to add that he takes all s*xual assault claims seriously and hopes all the victims get justice. However, through his attorneys, Prescott has also conveyed that he was “hurt” by the “lies” about himself.
