Although, similar to his net worth, not much is known yet about the Manchester City star’s endorsements. Meanwhile, any information about Doku’s properties isn’t known yet. With Doku just arriving in England a few months ago, it is expected that he still hasn’t found his house. The City winger is probably living on rent till he finds a new place for himself in Manchester. However, Doku will have his new teammates to help him with his house-hunting chores.
Jeremy Doku’s relationship and personal life
Jeremy Doku was born in Belgium to parents David and Belinda Doku. He is the second child among the four children of David and Belinda. Doku’s athletic genes come from his father, David, who was reportedly an athlete. Moreover, Jeremy’s brother Jefferson also reportedly used to play for the youth side of Jeremy’s former club Anderlecht.
However, unlike Jeremy, Jefferson’s soccer career didn’t pan out to be as illustrious as his brother. In the meantime, Jeremy’s mother, Belinda, has also had a huge impact on his soccer career. According to reports, there was an offer from the Premier League giants Liverpool for Jeremy during his early days. However, upon his mother’s advice to prioritize his growth over fame and wealth, Jeremy decided to sign with Anderlecht.
As already aforementioned, Jeremy Doku continues to maintain a rather subdued personal life. There is little to know information available about the former Anderlecht star’s dating life. Interestingly, Belinda once admitted that the girls where her son grew up do not have a good reputation. She revealed how young children are often involved in drugs, crime, and trafficking at a young age.
However, even after moving from his neighborhood to then living in France and now in England, Doku appears to have continued to be single. He has never shared any picture or revealed any information about his potential partner, if there is any, on his social media platforms. In addition to this, back in 2020, Jeremy’s father himself confirmed that his son wasn’t dating shortly before he signed with Rennes.
Jeremy Doku’s Manchester City stats
Since he arrived in England earlier last year, Jeremy Doku has been on a roll for Manchester City. Doku’s signing has been a great acquisition for Pep Guardiola. The City head coach has been full of praises for Doku, who he has often described as a “fantastic player.” The former FC Barcelona coach has also appreciated Doku’s speed and game-reading abilities.

Moreover, Guardiola has commended the ex-Rennes star’s quality inside the box and praised his skill of dribbling in tight spaces. Guardiola further hoped that Doku would enjoy his time in Manchester City and continue to play for the club in the years to come. To date, Doku has racked up 20 appearances for Manchester City, with 14 league appearances, five Champions League appearances, and one appearance in the EFL Cup.
He has found the back of the net on two occasions in the league and also has provided five assists. In the Champions League, Doku has scored once and registered one assist. In addition to this, the 21-year-old Belgian star’s performances have even led to Guardiola often benching Jack Grealish. Grealish, who joined City in 2021 for a massive fee of $126 million, has seen his game time get drastically reduced after Doku’s arrival.
However, Guardiola has urged the former Aston Villa star to be motivated, play well, and earn his place back on the team. He also stated that Doku shouldn’t be complacent about his recent performances and continue to work hard. The 53-year-old coach admitted that both the players working at their highest level is a must at a club like Manchester City.
