Christian Horner defends AlphaTauri after major allegations
Last season was fortunate for Red Bull as they witnessed a successful season becoming the three-time world champions while AlphaTauri took the hit of finishing barely in the Top 8. Nonetheless, their successful season does not distract from the many times the two teams got in trouble.

However, Christian Horner believes the team has stayed under regulations, especially with exchanging parts.

“AlphaTauri is owned by the same shareholders as Red Bull Racing. But of course, the way they operate is independent from Red Bull Racing. They take benefit of the parts that are allowed to be transferred, like the gearbox and the suspension and so on. In the same way that Williams and Aston Martin have done so with Mercedes, or Haas with Ferrari.”
Although they have managed to stay under the regulations and have transferred parts amongst themselves maintaining a legal and professional partnership like Haas and Ferrari, nonetheless, questions continue to arise with Red Bull’s plans to introduce the brand-new RB20.
