Red Bull has seen some great performances from their star driver, Max Verstappen. The driver was soaring in front as he won 10 consecutive races making his very own record in the sport. However, his teammate, Sergio Perez has struggled as much as Verstappen has succeeded. Although he started his season incredibly, his chances of being replaced by Daniel Ricciardo have increased.
Perez showed off his skills when he won two races at the start of the year. However, his declining performance left everyone wanting him out of the sport entirely.
Although Helmut Marko has been unimpressed by the Mexican, he seems to have agreed with keeping him around. He said, “I repeat myself, but Perez has a contract and we want to respect it. We just donāt have any alternatives. Otherwise, he might have a problem”

Although not very pleased with his performance, it seems that Ricciardo may not be brought in anytime soon. The Australian driver who was confirmed for the next year at AlphaTauri will be sticking with his new team.
Meanwhile, Sergio Perez will be put on trial to prove himself. Although he has stuck right behind Max Verstappen in the standings, he now has Lewis Hamilton breathing down his neck.
Sergio Perez frantic as four drivers fight for his Red Bull seat
Sergio Perez has done a great deal for his Red Bull team. Although his season went completely sideways, he has stuck it up in the Standings. However, it could be “game over” for him in case Lewis Hamilton passes him to take the second place.
With rumors of his retirement surrounding him too, there are four drivers who are willing to give everything for his Red Bull seat.
Although Perez was confirmed for another year, thanks to his contract, his stay may not be fixed. However, Daniel Ricciardo, Liam Lawson, Yuki Tsunoda, and Lando Norris have let Red Bull know that they have a few options.
Ricciardo’s return had everyone singing songs about his return to Red Bull. Although he has had some bad luck follow him with his best result, a P12, in an AlphaTauri car, Red Bull might see him as the rightful successor.

Liam Lawson has shown just how capable he is of leaving even the star of the 2023 season. However, he has had no luck in getting a seat at AlphaTauri while Red Bull has ignored his talent. Yuki Tsunoda, while a great driver, has had a P10 as his personal best. With a rookie Lawson passing him by, Red Bull is adamant about keeping Tsunoda at AlphaTauri. Meanwhile, Lando Norris has a contract with his papaya team until 2025.
He has also mentioned how much his team means to him. Additionally, he also enjoys the privileges of being the McLaren star, which may want him to not part ways with his team.
