Starfield developed Bethesda is a massive game with countless updates and patches across PC, PlayStation & Xbox. The new Starfield 1.7.33 patch from Bethesda has been uploaded recently to Windows, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S. The update includes bug fixes and performance enhancements. 1.7.33 patch notes update is the second post-launch patch for the game.
The patch is small, just like the previous version, but it brings about some significant improvements. Although it doesn’t have a long list of changes, it does require a fairly sizable download.

The 1.7.33 patch’s size is 2.61GB on the Xbox Series X, which means it will add a small amount of weight to the 100GB+ game. The Series S and Windows patches are expected to be roughly the same size. The 1.7.33 release includes general updates, graphics bug fixes, ship problem fixes, and performance and stability improvements.

The changes that came with the 1.7.33 patch notes for Starfield can be divided into four broad categories and are listed below-
General changes:
- Character: A problem that might have resulted in some characters not being in the right location has been resolved.
- Star Station: The problem causing Star Stations to be labeled as a player-owned ship has been resolved.
- Vendors: A problem that permitted access to a vendor’s whole inventory has been resolved.
Graphic changes:
- AMD (PC): The bug that caused star lens flares not to appear in the correct AMD GPUs has been solved.
- Graphics: The upscaling problem that might have made textures blurry has been fixed.
- Graphics: When browsing through the inventory menu, a problem that might have led to photosensitivity issues has been fixed.

Performance and stability changes:
- Hand Scanner: The Hand Scanner’s hitching problem has been resolved.
- A number of performance and stability improvements have been made to solve the freezing and crashing of the game.
Ship changes:
- Display: Applied to in-ship mannequins, a problem that would cause displayed objects to vanish has been resolved.
- Display: After commandeering another ship, a problem that would cause things kept in Razorleaf Storage Containers and Weapon Racks to vanish has been resolved.
This recent update fixes a few gameplay bugs as well as several performance and stability issues. Bethesda is also working on a larger Starfield update that will come with added features and better improvements.
