Joshua Samuel Fatu is a professional wrestler from the United States who is presently signed to WWE, where he competes under the RAW brand as ‘Main Event’ Jey Uso. He has a twin older brother in WWE, Jimmy Uso. Moreover, Roman Reigns is their cousin.
Young Uso discusses the difficulties he faces as a twin in an interview with Denise Salcedo. He tells a story of how, when he was in fifth grade, Jimmy Uso hit somebody with a wrestling move, and Jey was subsequently reprimanded by the principal for his error. People often have difficulty distinguishing between them. Instead of Jimmy Uso, they apprehended Jey Uso in a principal’s office.
Jey Uso explained that he does not want to blame himself if he is not at fault. However, he was sometimes compelled to take it because of Jimmy. This habit of Jimmy committing mistakes and hiding, and then Jey being punished, had a significant impact on young people.
Later, after completing the fifth-grade story, he claims Jimmy walks in and admits his error. Mr. Main Event also said, “You’re like the wrong twin here”. However, the bond between the two was beautiful earlier.
Why did Jey and Jimmy Uso part ways?
Jey and Jimmy Uso formed the professional wrestling tag team, The Usos. They were three-time RAW Tag Team Champions and five-time SmackDown Tag Team Champions, giving their team a total record of eight titles and the longest male Tag Team Championship reign in WWE history at 622 days. They are members of the illustrious Anoa’i wrestling family from Samoa.
The Bloodline was previously a stable that included Roman Reigns‘ cousins and Sikoa’s older brothers, Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso, who were founding members of the organization until their departure in June 2023, as well as Sami Zayn as an honorary member.
Currently, it is left with Roman Reigns leading the team, which includes his cousin Solo Sikoa, and Paul Heyman. After leaving The Bloodline Uso’s started civil war and pinned Roman Reigns at MITB.

Uso’s brothers are at odds right now. Following Jimmy Uso’s betrayal, Jey superkicks his twin brother and he announces their split. Jimmy Uso’s reasons for allowing Jey to lose to Roman Reigns in SummerSlam 2023 were the impetus for Jey Uso to kick his brother and join RAW. The longest-reigning Undisputed Tag Team Champions have broken up.
However, there may be a future connection between The Usos as Judgment Day is making attempts to include Usos as new members Jimmy in SmackDown and Jey Uso on RAW.
