Ufc heavyweight champ Jon Jones is getting geared up for his next title defense against Stipe Miocic at UFC 295, to fix his stature as the GOAT.

Now, Bones is brushing up his skills and learning some new ones with BJJ Grappling legend Gordon Ryan. The two shared pictures of them training along with beautiful messages for each other.

"This week, I had the luxury of training with Jon Jones, the absolute best in his field and the baddest MMA fighter on the planet," said Ryan, calling Jones "nothing but spectacular as a person."

"I threw some complicated sequences at him, and he learned as fast as anyone. By day 3, he was exponentially better at drilling than he was on day 1," said Ryan, talking about Jones's abilities.

"He is truly an exceptional athlete and I’m very thankful I could be a very small part in this upcoming camp. What an honor." said Gordon, concluding his post in which he shared a picture with Bones.

Jon Jones too shared his gratitude towards Ryan eagerly. "I was blessed to be able to spend about six hours a day on the mats with the greatest Nogi jujitsu athlete in the history of grappling."

"I’m not sure if I can ever repay Gordon Ryan for the lessons I learned, the notes I was able to take. I do believe his generosity with his knowledge is rare. I’m forever grateful." said Jones.

The fight between Jon Jones and Stipe Miocic is taking place on November 11, 2023, at Madison Garden in NYC. Miocic being the famous title defender in heavyweight, it will be a tough one for Jones.
