Logan Paul shared a picture on Twitter of himself with his brother Jake Paul a day before they both stepped into their respective rings to earn bragging rights. Logan is set to take on Ricochet on WWE SummerSlam 2023. Meanwhile, Jake will enter the boxing ring against boxing debutant and UFC veteran Nate Diaz.
Logan’s Twitter post read, “Tomorrow, Jake and I make history by going back to back in the biggest combat sports in the world.”

However, fans were fascinated by something that was never supposed to be the center of attraction. Jake’s right shoulder has a Samoan tribal tattoo. Fans noticed it and quickly questioned the Pauls’ ethnicity.
After a little digging, we found out that both brothers were born in the USA and have European heritage. In a YouTube video, it was claimed that he has German, Jewish, Irish, Scottish, and English ancestry. His grandmother was a Buxbaum. Jake has also claimed via a tweet that he is 5% French. However, there is no Samoan connection.
Fans connect Jake Paul’s Samoan tattoo to the WWE’s ‘Bloodline’ tag team
Jake’s tattoo is probably there because he liked it and wanted it. There might be no deeper connection to it. However, fans let their imaginations run amock. They connected it to WWE’s Bloodline, a tag team that consists of Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa. It formerly consisted of The Usos as well.
One fan commented, “Why Jake Paul gotta a Samoan Tribal tattoo.”

Jake, who has a professional boxing record of 6-1, will take on Nate Diaz on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. He was on an impressive 6-0 run by defeating UFC veterans Tyron Woodley and Anderson Silva among others. However, he faced his first loss against Tommy Fury in February 2023.
Meanwhile, Logan, who won his first two matches in the WWE, is on a four-match losing run. He will be hoping to overturn his fortunes at WWE SummerSlam against the high-flying Ricochet.
