UFC Star Blames Dwayne Johnson of Making Him Broke

The payment allotted to UFC fighters has always been the subject of numerous controversies. Well-reputed fighters in the promotion, like Francis Ngannou and more, have raised their voices about it.

Another UFC fighter Tanner Boser spoke up about the same issue. Although he said it in a different way, blaming the official sponsor instead. Boser blamed the sponsors who didn't pay him

Boser raised his concerns about sponsoring brands like The Rock's Shoe Company and Crypto.com, which don't pay a single penny to the fighters who wear their brand logos.

“I guess for sponsors, I have Venum, who actually gives me money. And not every f—k face company that puts their logo all over my shit that I don’t gain a single penny from." said Boser.

Continuing he said " Like Crypto.com and all those other ones can go eat a d*ck, and The Rock’s shoes can go f*ck themselves too. So thank you to Venum for actually paying me to wear their shit.”

Boser's financial demands are important to him as he also mentioned that he went broke during the time he didn't have UFC fights. Hence, he demands incentives from the companies he wears and promotes.

He said, "Once I was able to work after I got that injury, I had to go back to work because I hadn’t fought in a year and a half or something like that and I was broke. I stayed since then.”

But it is the UFC that gets the main payment from sponsors, and then it is up to them whether to pay their athletes or not. As per the data, the UFC gives only 13% of its revenue to fighters.
