Paddy Pimblett is known for his concerning eating habits and stuffing himself to the point where he balloons up when he is not fighting. He has finally decided to put a halt to these habits.

Pimblett is currently not fighting as he is healing after his surgery which happened at UFC 282 in 2022 where he won against Jared Gordon. But he is not as bulked up as he is when not fighting.

To this he confessed that he will try to be more disciplined about his diet and eating habits moving forward. As he wants to climb the rankings when he gets back into the game.

"I’m hoping to have another three fights in the bag another three wins by the end of next year and be ranked," Pimblett said this along with opening up about his Eating disorder in his interview.

“After a fight, I’ve got a bad eating disorder. At the minute, I’m not too bad because obviously I had surgery. I went to America and got fat again, then came back and had surgery."

"And after the surgery my weight has just gradually come down. Now I’m just walking around at about 185 and not really watching what I’m eating. I’m just hobbling around at that weight, which is nice." said Paddy.

Pimblett also mentioned that he wished to stay below 200 pounds in the future as well and never go above it. He mentioned that he ate around 8000 calories per day post fight, which he has now stopped.

He wishes to fight till the end of this year as his recovery would take at least six months, but he has no intention of rushing his comeback as he has other things planned outside the cage.
