The UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya is widely acclaimed for his athletic physique. 'The Last Stylebender' puts his body through a grueling workout routine to achieve his peak performance.

Adesanya's workout routine focuses mainly on cardio and strength training for maintaining his physique and includes sparring and wrestling to brush up on his fighting abilities.

Adesnya likes to go on runs, specifically long-terrain runs, to shed those extra pounds. He hits the gym for strength and bodyweight exercises, along with shadowboxing for endurance.

His daily gym workouts to condition his body are generally divided into arm-shoulder, chest-back, and leg workouts and exercises to improve agility. Although he doesn't stick to one form of training.

Izzy knows the importance diet and nutrition hold when it comes to health. Hence he focuses on nourishment without making his meals too monotonous. He has five meals on his fighting days plus a snack.

Adesanya is a man of his taste; he likes his chicken spiced and muesli chocolaty. His meal focuses on protein. He believes in having smaller portions throughout the day and keeps himself hydrated.

He starts off his day with overnight oats with fresh fruits and chocolate chips. Bacon and chicken are staples. Along with it he has wild rice and potatoes for carbs, along with bananas and eggs.

Adesanya also attends fighting camps and changes his workout according to his body conditions to get more effective results. Hence he is called Stylebender as he is acquainted with many styles.
