Signing a 2-year deal worth $35,640,000 and a player option next season after rejecting a $15 million deal from Philadelphia 76ers, Jarden Harden got himself under pressure to make a big decision.

The NBA star has received a warning from NBA on reaching his deadline to make a final decision on whether or not to accept the player option in his current contract.

With no confirmation on his part, there have been discussions about his possible trade teams based on his player option rejection to become an unrestricted free agent for the next season.

With no extension deal and a potential one-year rental worth $5.3 million, Harden could possibly land with the Sixers as one of the most experienced shooting guards and great scorers in the NBA.

Harden's willingness to join Los Angeles Clippers this season in hope of finding himself as part of a contending team can prove successful with Kawhi Leonard and Paul George's unfit conditions.

Besides the Clippers, the New York Knicks have also been interested in acquiring Harden to add to their roster; however, they missed out on the trade of Donovan Mitchell from the Utah Jazz.

The Miami Heat, however, have a less chance on acquiring the 33-year-old shooting guard with Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard's willingness to get a trade from the Blazers to the Heat.

As part of the Houston Rockets 2012–21 season, Harden's trade to his former team, however, remains doubtful, with the Rockets signing an overpriced 3-year, $130 million contract with Fred VanVleet.
