One of the greatest NBA players who is currently a major part of the league, LeBron James, since his 2003 draft by the Cleveland Cavaliers, has remained a prominent player with consistent growth.

Carrying great hype and popularity with him as a famous personality both off and on court, LeBron James follows a daily routine that keeps him fit with such a great physique at 39 years of age.

Investing around $1.5 million a year, LeBron is quite strict when it comes to keeping his body in shape throughout his career, hitting the gym 2-3 times and training with his trainer, Mike Mancias.

His workout routine focuses on building stamina and body strength with training exercises like inverted rows, landmine rotational presses, lunges, core workouts, bike exercises, and many more.

LeBron's training diet consists of clean foods like skinless chicken, plenty of greens, a side bowl of salad, whole wheat pasta, salmon, and vegetables, as well as some protein shakes.

Among his daily routines, sleep is one of the most important aspects. It comprises an average of 12 hours of sleep, segregated into 8–9 hours at night and three hours of napping in the afternoon.

According to the NBA star, "In my 13-year career, I’ve taken a nap for the most part every day, and for sure on game days. Sleep is the most important thing when it comes to recovery."

Besides spending hours on rigorous training and exercises, LeBron always tries to keep his body hydrated with plenty of water consumption, starting off his day by drinking two large glasses of water.

LeBron has always valued his family, be it his wife, Savannah, or his kids. Growing up without a father figure, he has taken time for them, whether training or spending some quality time with them.

As a $3 billion investor in Beats, LeBron's daily routine also includes listening to music by his favorite artists, including Jay-Z, 50 Cent, and Eminem, while training on court.
