Being drafted into NBA after completing high school, Lakers superstar LeBron James, besides having a prominent professional career, holds some hidden and interesting facts about his life.

Growing up in a struggling childhood, LeBron's life changed after living under two coaches' guidance: Bruce Kelker, who taught him football, and Frank Walker, who introduced him to basketball.

Besides being a basketball player at St. Vincent-St. Mary High School, LeBron also played football and could have been a probable contender in NFL, but a wrist injury sustained him to do so.

As a 17-year-old junior basketball player in high school in 2002, LeBron appeared on the cover of Sports Illustrated as The Chosen One, becoming the first high school to receive the opportunity.

With a net worth of a billion today, LeBron was not the highest-paid athlete besides the legendary Shaquille O'Neal until his second trade to the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2014 at the age of 31.

As part of the NBA franchise, LeBron also served as the Vice president of the NBA’s labor union, the National Basketball Players Association, in 2019, working for the benefit of the retired players.

LeBron's secret to becoming the greatest of all time goes by his policy of "Work Hard, Sleep Hard" with a routine sleep of either 12 hours per night or 8 hours per night and naps in the day for the body.
