Rollins kicks off the week with an intense routine consisting of handstand push-ups, muscle-ups, knee-to-elbow exercises, military presses, full squat snatches, and bar muscle-ups.

On Tuesday, he focuses on tripod tucks, straddles, and pikes to headstands. He follows it up with cleans, jerks and a Metcon session for five minutes. These exercises enhance his strength and agility.

Rollins takes rest on Wednesday and Sunday to refuel his body with nutritious meals, as he knows the importance of recovery, which is crucial for maintaining his peak performance.

Rollins tackles a total of 13 exercises on Thursday including parallette push-ups, handstand walks, front squats, box jumps, kettlebell swings, walking lunges, etc. The day covers 50 reps per exercise

On Friday, Rollins focuses on box jumps, hollow body exercises, strict pull-ups, power snatches, muscle-ups, and burpees. This workout challenges his endurance and strength.

Saturday's routine involves a warm-up followed by a Metcon session rowing for 5000 meters. It provides a full-body workout and helps Rollins stay in top shape.

Rollins supplements his diet with pre-workout, protein shakes, and electrolytes. These aids support his training, as he prefers to maintain a healthy diet while enjoying his favourite foods.
