Drafted in NBA by the Chicago Bulls in 1987, Scottie Pippen is among the star former players alongside Michael Jordan and the greatest small forwards of all time.

For the former player, Michael Jordan was one of the greatest players in the history of the NBA. The two won six championships together for the team in the 1990s.

Pippen's opinion, however, changed after the release of 'The Last Dance' documentary in 2020, stating Jordan as the 'horrible player' before his draft in the team.

On Stacey King's podcast, Scottie claimed- “I've seen Michael Jordan play before I came to play with the Bulls. You guys have seen him play. He was a horrible player. He was horrible to play with."

Adding further- “He was all one-on-one, he’s shooting bad shots and all of a sudden, we become a team and we start winning, everybody forgot who he was. Winning wasn’t at the top of his category."

Before Pippen's draft, Michael Jordan from the 1984-87 season averaged 31.7 points, 5.6 rebounds and 5 assists per game, won Rookie of the Year and 3 All-Star awards and was a scoring champion too.

Besides this, he tagged LeBron as one of the greatest players of all time. "LeBron will be the greatest statistical guy to ever play the game of basketball, and there’s no comparison to him, none."

The change reflected how Pippen felt his story in the documentary depicted him negatively, from delaying his surgery before the 1997–98 season to losing the playoffs due to his migraine in a 1990 game.
