5 Tallest NBA Players in the Current Season

The NBA league consists of all kinds of players, varying in size and performance. Heights have been given major importance while drafting a player, with some of them standing at 7 feet.

Tall players in NBA have been a major attraction from the start. From Gheorghe Mureșan at 7-foot-7 to Tacko Fall at 7-foot-6, the list goes on. The current 2022-23 season includes some of them.

The son of former NBA star Manute Bol is Bol Manute Bol. Standing 7-foot-2, he was drafted in 2019 by the Miami Heat and is currently playing for the Orlando Magic as a power forward and center.

Undrafted in 2019, Brooklyn Nets center Moses Brown is a 7-foot-2 player and the son of 6-foot-7 college player Malcolm Brown. The UCLA Bruins five-star prospect is a McDonald's All-American.

The third one on the list is 7 feet 2 inches. Luke Kornet was undrafted by NBA in 2017 and is currently a Boston Celtics center. The Liberty Christian School player is a 3-point leader in the NCAA.

Following this is Washington Wizards center and power forward Kristaps Porziņģis drafted in 2015 by the New York Knicks. The All-Star's height provides a great advantage over the defenders to score.

Standing at 7 feet 4 is Boban Marjanović of the Houston Rockets Undrafted by NBA in 2010, the Serbian player's condition in the pituitary gland resulted in rapid growth reaching 6 feet 10 at 14.

Besides those five, some honorable mentions include NBA-drafted players like Sacramento Kings Alex Alen at 7-foot-2, Minnesota Timberwolves Rudy Gobert, and Toronto Raptors Jacob Poeltl at 7-foot-1.
