As Lionel Messi's contract with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) is set to expire this summer, PSG are already searching for a player who can fill the void left by the Argentine superstar.

Messi's exceptional skill, experience, and leadership on the field make him a unique player, and his departure could affect PSG's overall performance.

There are various possibilities available for PSG, and they may not necessarily be seeking a player who is identical to Messi. Here are five players who could possibly replace Messi at PSG.

Harry Kane- Kane is an exceptional striker with a consistent record of scoring goals domestically and internationally. His vision and accuracy in front of the goal make him an ideal choice for PSG.

Victor Osimhen- Napoli's Osimhen is in great form this season and is one of the top strikers currently. His impressive goal-scoring ability has caught the eye of several leading clubs, including PSG.

Rafael Leao- PSG is reportedly keen on signing AC Milan's Rafael Leao, who is one of the best forwards currently. With his contract expiring next year, Milan may consider selling him for a good deal.

Ousmane Dembele- PSG was interested in Dembele as a free agent and might seek him again to replace Messi. With his contract expiring in 2024, PSG could benefit from his close relationship with Mbappe.

Bernardo Silva- PSG may consider Man City's Bernardo Silva to join Mbappe in a 2-man strike partnership. Silva was linked with a move to Barcelona, but PSG's finances could give them an advantage.
