Tony Ferguson Says Dana White Does Not Treat UFC Fighters Nicely

In this New Year's Eve footage, White can be seen saying something to his wife, who then slaps him. He then responded by slapping her twice.

Dana White's domestic violence episode, in which he was seen on camera repeatedly slapping his wife at a Cabo San Lucas bar, sparked a flurry of responses from UFC fighters.

However, many UFC fighters who usually speak against injustice and claim to be "anti-domestic violence advocates" didn't consider speaking a word against Dana over this case.

Derek Brunson tweeted, "Was Dana White wrong, “YES”. Men shouldn’t hit women. Do I feel this is a reflection of who Dana White is, NO. He admitted he was wrong!"

But Tony Ferguson wasn't one of those. He recently made a tweet saying, "It’s gonna take a class action lawsuit to let some these so called untouchables get a taste of there own medicine * mack * If this fucker treated his lady in public like that, how do you think he treats his fighters undeneath."

White was briefly criticized by the media for his conduct, but he made it clear he wouldn't talk about it any more in public and wouldn't be subject to an internal suspension from the UFC.

"People should not be defending me, no matter what. All the criticism that I’ve received this week, and will receive in the future, is 100% warranted. Do I need to reflect? No, I own this. I’m wrong.” said White.
