Jake Paul is all about staying in the headlines. Paul recently signed an NFL contract with Cleaveland Browns as a social media consultant. So it should give the fans some idea about how much his marketing skills are valued. The 25-year-old also got into a partnership with MMA promotion, PFL, to promote their events. However, not just sports, it looks like even alcohol brands are also coveting his services.
Recently, Jake Paul was challenged to get a tattoo of a liquor brand called “Au Vodka.” The brand offered Jake a cash prize of $250,000 to get the tattoo. After an audience poll where almost 90% of the fans gave him the thumbs up, Jake Paul went through with it. Jake also joked that he would have done the tattoo for free as well. But, the YouTuber-turned-boxer refused to return the money.

“Au Vodka” is no stranger to celebrity endorsements. In May 2022, UFC lightweight fighter Paddy Pimblett also endorsed the brand. Although Jake seemingly got a quarter of a million in cash, it is unknown how much money Paddy The Baddy earned from the endorsement. Interestingly, Paddy and Jake previously beefed with Paul offering Pimblett $1 million to spar him. However, after the lackluster UFC 282 show, it never came to fruition.
Fans think Jake Paul got a fake tattoo ahead of his Tommy Fury fight
Although there is video evidence of Jake Paul getting the tattoo, it does not seem enough to convince the fans. Paul is scheduled to fight WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury‘s half-brother, Tommy Fury, on February 26 in Saudi Arabia. One fan thinks getting a tattoo like this, so close to the fight is perhaps not the best idea that Jake has ever had. Hence, they came to the conclusion that it may be a fake.

Instagram user thad_k0812 wrote, “Fake tattoo why would you do that if you fight in two weeks. It won’t heal.” Some even questioned the quality of the tattoo and the job experience of the tattoo artist itself. user drainone_ wrote, “Artists first day?” Continuing the gag, swave52 wrote, “I mean…. That Kinda looks trahsy, no?” User leicester.scumbag even floated the theory that Jake was going to remove it and added, “Straight to the laser clinic.”
Some even added that there was not much of a challenge. The company basically paid Jake Paul to get the tattoo as a promotional tool. However, it worked as Jake has a massive fan following and the post itself generated around 150,000 likes. It once again establishes the value of Jake’s brand. If he can beat Tommy in February, Jake may even find himself in the WBC rankings as a cruiserweight.
