Paige Spiranac is currently receiving media recognition for her online activities and golf, which caught the attention of Alexis Ohanian, Serena Williams' husband.
Ohanian publicly expressed his feelings for the former golfer, stating that "she is the real deal and the influencer who has caught the interest of many non-golfers in the world of golf."
He met Paige Spiranac to discuss the sport further after becoming interested in it recently, and according to the news source Essentially Sports, their chat "left him in amazement," leading him to tweet about her.
Ohanian expressed his respect for her and advised anyone looking to motivate young athletes to pay attention to her, regardless of the sport they play.
Paige replied to his tweet, saying, "I appreciate you giving me the chance to talk so passionately about the game I adore and especially for your kind words."
Ohanian has acknowledged in the past that seeing his spouse compete has altered his concept of success.
"Golfers, do you watch me on Twitter? Although I have never had a single round of golf in my life, this seems like fun," he said.
Alexis Ohanian became a lover of the sport after watching Jordan Spieth and Justin Thomas share a film about golf online, where the two PGA Tour legends spoke about the essence of the game.
