Female Ring Announcer Reveals Special Request From Triple H

WWE NXT announcer Alicia Taylor in a recent interview revealed a special request the WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H had for her while he was in charge of NXT.

Taylor is known for her powerful metal voice that she uses while introducing the WWE talents. But when she initially arrived at the company, she used to struggle to find her tone.

In a recent interview with 'Real Radio Monsters,' Taylor revealed that Triple H helped her find her tune back after he requested her to use her metal voice during the shows.

Taylor whose real name is Alicia Warrington is a very experienced metal singer. She has also played drums for famous artists like Kelly Osbourne, Hannah Montana, Selena Gomez, etc.

"Triple H came over to me one day at rehearsal and he goes, ‘Hey, aren’t you a metal singer?’ And I said, ‘Yeah?’ He says, ‘Then give me your f**king metal voice!’" she said. (h/t: EWrestlingNews)

The 42-year-old is currently the voice of NXT as she has been working for the brand as the lead ring announcer since 2019. She has also worked on Raw and Smackdown as well.

Taylor also revealed that despite being a full-time WWE employee, she still performs music on a regular basis. She has her own band named 'the metal act Dohrn' which was started in 2015.

Triple H's influence on NXT is massive as he was able to mentor and coach several top WWE stars while he was the head booker of the show. He is currently the Chief Content Officer of the WWE.
