James was a rising superstar in basketball and football at St. Vincent-St. Mary High School in his hometown of Akron, Ohio, when he met Savannah Brinson, a cheerleader and softball player from a rival school.

In 2003 LeBron became the top pick in the 2003 NBA draft and luckily was selected by Cleveland Cavaliers. In his rookie year, he found out that Savannah was pregnant. On October 6, 2004, Brinson gave birth to LeBron James, Jr., Bronny.

Three years later, the couple had another son, Bryce Maximus, on June 14, 2007.

A couple of years later, in 2011, LeBron and Savannah decided to get engaged. James said he was nervous when he proposed to Savannah, "It felt like a finals game," he told Oprah Winfrey in 2012.

LeBron and Savannah got married in September 2013. Some 200 guests attended the three-day reception at the Grand Del Mar Hotel.

LeBron's then-Heat teammates Chris Bosh, Shane Battier, Norris Cole, and Dwyane Wade, as well as Miami's owner, Micky Arison, and head coach, Erik Spoelstra, were all present for the wedding.

Perhaps the biggest guests ended up performing at the wedding. Beyonce and husband Jay-Z reportedly performed their collaborative song "Crazy in Love" at the wedding reception of LeBron James.

There was reportedly a really strict no-phone policy in place during both the ceremony and the reception afterwards, because of which there are no photos of the wedding on the internet.
