Cristiano Ronaldo is counted among the finest soccer players of all time. His perseverance and "never bog down" attitude are an inspiration for every young aspirant out there.

Cristiano Ronaldo had to go through the most catastrophic time he has ever faced in his career, as he got kicked out of Manchester United for violating his contract. Later, Portugal got knocked out by Morocco, and this all didn't help his cause.

However, the Portuguese star grabbed an opportunity to refresh his career as he started a new chapter in his profession by joining hands with Al-Nassr for a whopping $214 million.

Meanwhile, Ronaldo's arrival has greatly impacted Al Nassr's dynamics, as the club never had a player with the stature of Ronaldo.

As expected, the club decided to make Ronaldo captain straightaway, and many reports stated that this decision might not be welcomed by other players.

However, Jaloliddin Masharipov, in an interview, denied all those reports and backed the management's decision to make Ronaldo the leader of the squad.

Jaloliddin said, "It’d be a little strange if the rest of the players are captaining Ronaldo. We expected it".

He further added, "Our former captain willingly handed over the armband [to Cristiano Ronaldo] without any problems. I think this is the best solution. It cannot be otherwise.”
