During the Divas era, women's wrestling wasn't given enough importance and the female stars were used in short matches and pointless backstage segments.

McCool in an interview with Busted Open Radio talked about her time in the WWE and opened up about how she stopped loving the professional wrestling industry and left the WWE.

She said that the Divas era always got skipped over and opened up about how she decided to retire from wrestling and revealed the conversation that she had with Vince McMahon.

McCool said that the reason why she chose to retire from wrestling is that she "started not liking" wrestling. She even criticized the company for not giving her enough time in her last ever match.

"I talked to Vince about it [retirement] and he’s like, ‘Whatever you want to do, you’ve got my blessing. Whatever you want to do, you just let me know.’" she said. (h/t: BodySlam.net)

The former Divas Champion married WWE legend The Undertaker back in 2010 and the couple has a daughter named Kaia and an adopted son named Kolt.
