As per The Athletic, Curry will be out for "multiple" weeks due to his serious injury and the Dubs are currently going through a rough patch. His inability to complete Saturday's night game against the Dallas Mavericks was revealed by the Dubs.

Steph Curry, the star player of the Golden State Warriors, has a contusion in his lower left leg in addition to partial tears to his interosseous membrane and superior tibiofibular ligaments.

Curry's injury sustained during Saturday's victory against the Dallas Mavericks might prevent him from playing in the 2023 All-Star Game.

Curry's X-ray report, according to the Warriors, was negative. According to sources, he is anticipated to be absent for several weeks.

Before hurting his leg contesting a drive in the last seconds of the third quarter, Curry had 21 points, six rebounds, and seven assists. However, Curry averages 29.4 points, 6.4 assists, and 6.3 rebounds per game this season.

Coach Steve Kerr said: "Any time a guy’s going to get an MRI there’s a concern level, for sure. So, we’ll just have to wait and see the results," with concern to Curry’s injury.

Even though the Warriors are already having trouble starting this season, playing without Curry would just make matters worse for them. Curry's replacement is already being sought after by NBA fans.

Although De'Aaron Fox was frequently mentioned as the ideal candidate to replace Curry, others also mentioned Anthony Edwards, Anthony Davis, Devin Booker, and even guards from the Eastern Conference like Darius Garland and Jalen Brunson.
