John Cena has been the poster boy of WWE for more than a decade. He has one of the biggest fan bases in the WWE Universe.

The 16-time WWE Champion is certainly one of the most entertaining superstars, and fans wonder what his plans are for the upcoming WrestleMania.

Cena has been competing in WrestleMania since 2004 (WrestleMania 20), and he made his last WrestleMania appearance in 2020, which was WrestleMania 36.

The Cenation leader last returned on the June 27 episode of Raw to celebrate the 20th anniversary of his debut. Since then, his return to WWE has been a mystery.

Earlier, a rumor surfaced that it was very likely for John Cena to compete against Austin Theory for the WWE United States Championship. Cena has a history with the title; hence, the move seemed logical.

New reports confirm that Cena may stick to this plan and compete against the theory. However, it is still unclear whether the match will be a championship match or not.

Theory is set to defend his title in the upcoming elimination chamber match against the likes of Seth Rollins, Bronson Reed, and Johnny Gargano making it difficult to comment on his championship match with Cena.

Cena is Austin Theory's idol. It will be interesting to see how the two of them will compete with each other and push their limits. It will be a delightful and memorable experience for fans who are eager to witness Cena in action.
