Hawkeye Star Jeremy Renner Raised $5.1 Million With Only One Soccer Match.

Jeremy Renner is a celebrated Hollywood actor and has worked in numerous movies. He is also a part of the Marvel family as Jeremy plays the popular "Hawkeye" character for the respective franchise.

Jeremy can be also termed a real-life hero as he raised a staggering amount of money by participating in and winning a charity match held in 2014.

Renner tagged alongside James McAvoy, Gordon Ramsay, Jeremy Renner, Clarence Seedorf, Edgar Davids, and van der Sar to play for the Rest of the world team that was managed by Jose Mourinho.

The game was a part of a Soccer Aid event that got played in Old Trafford and because of the star-studded lineups, the match allured 65,574 fans to watch the match.

Clarence Seedorf's hattrick was the highlight of the match as he propelled the Rest of the world to a 4-2 triumph. This clash raised a hefty $5,139,499 which was donated to the needy via UNICEF.

The soccer aid match comes every two years and invites Soccer veterans and famous global personalities so that the glamour helps to attract a lion's share of the population.

Meanwhile, Renner got run over by a heavy snow removal vehicle and even though he is out of danger currently, Jeremy might not be able to stand on his feet again.

After regaining consciousness, Jeremy posted a picture of him on the hospital bed. On the other hand,  the doctors have suggested that the hawk eye actor might have to get his legs amputated.
