WWE Chairwoman and co-CEO Stephanie McMahon recently resigned from her roles following her father Vince McMahon's return to the WWE.

Vince who was forced to resign from his roles last year made his return to the company and became the Executive Chairman of the Board.

The main reason for Vince's return reportedly is to spearhead the company's sale. There were reports that Vince had sold the company to Saudi Arabia's PIF but the news was later revealed to be false.

There were several reports coming out that both Triple H and Stephanie McMahon were unhappy with Vince's return and were opposed to the idea of the sale.

But according to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, both Triple H and Stephanie were not against the company's sales and the previous reports were false.

Meltzer also noted that the couple was also fine if the company didn't sell as it was Vince McMahon who made the decision to sell the company.

It'll be interesting to see who Vince McMahon will find as a buyer for the company. Fans are hoping that the situation will be sorted out soon and no major changes will be made to the product.

Triple H is currently handling the creative for the company and he recently confirmed that Vince's return won't have any effect on his roles. But fans are afraid of Vince taking over.
