Khabib Nurmagomedov cemented his legacy as one of the greatest fighters to ever enter the UFC octagon before he retired.
He then became a successful MMA coach who trained many elite UFC fighters such as Islam Makhachev, Umar Nurmagomedov and Bellator's champion, Usman Nurmagomedov.
Khabib Nurmagomedov also became the owner of Eagle FC making a huge impact in the world of MMA.
Unfortunately, Khabib Nurmagomedov is reportedly leaving MMA, putting an end to his coaching career and his stint in Eagle FC.
As of now, it's very unlikely that fans will witness the former UFC lightweight champion, Khabib Nurmagomedov playing a major role in the politics.
This news is shocking for many fans as Khabib's protege Islam Makhachev takes on Alexander Volkanovski after a few weeks.
A win against Volkanovski can solidify Makhachev's spot at the top of the list of P4P best fighters in the world.
It won't be surprising for the fans if Khabib Nurmagomedov bids his final farewell to MMA after Makhachev's upcoming fight at UFC 284.
