"Terrible Thing to See": LeBron James Heartbroken After Damar Hamlin Incident

NFL star Damar Hamlin had a cardiac arrest during Monday night's game against the Cincinnati Bengals. Hamlin collapsed to the ground, moments after rising from an open-field tackle on Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins.

The game was postponed after it got suspended during the first quarter at 5:58, due to an emergency. The NBA star LeBron James praised the decision to postpone the NFL game following Damar Hamlin's heart attack.

As per NFL updates, Damar is in critical condition and he is admitted to Cincinnati hospital. Being a football fan, LeBron James felt really sorry for Damar’s sudden heart attack as he tweeted: "Praying for you kid", wishing Damar to get well soon. 

While praising the decision of game suspension at the perfect time, LeBron James also stated that, he would pray for Damar, his family, for the NFL, and all those who are a part of the NFL. 

James said: “I wish you know, nothing but the best for that kid, for the city of Buffalo, for the franchise of the Bills. And like I said for the rest of the NFL too, as well. And also the Bengals, that was there, playing in that game”. 

Lebron James said: "The safety of players in all sports is always the most important. It was a terrible thing to see." So, he thinks every sports authority must take fruitful decisions, keeping in mind their player’s safety.

LeBron was terrified to see the sudden mishap and how Damar collapsed on the ground in between the game. James said: "You never want to see anything like that happen in any type of competition they're playing in. "

James added: "I have seen the play, but I don't know what happened. My thoughts and super prayers go up to the skies above…..”
