Al Nassr President Breaks Silence on Cristiano Ronaldo’s $1.07 Billion Deal

Cristiano Ronaldo has showcased his exquisite footballing technical abilities to the world on numerous occasions. His hunger and passion have always been top-notch every time he runs on the pitch.

However, The Portuguese No.7 is in a lot of misery and is going through a rusty phase as he parted ways with Man Utd on a rough note and later got knocked out of the world cup.

There was a glimmer of hope that Ronaldo might return to his former club Real Madrid but that was washed out after the reports came out that Ronaldo might join a Saudi Arabian club instead.

According to sources, Al-Nassr is willing to pay a hefty amount of $75 million per year for 7 years for the footballing veteran.

When Al-Nassr's president was asked about the deal he said," The news coming out is not correct, most of what has been written or said in the media are lies".

The club president's statement suggests that there might be no agreement from either party however the opinion of Al-Nassr's sporting director indicates that the deal isn't officially or fully turned down.

He said that he is not in a position to reveal anything about the future in regard to the deal, Salazar also advised the fans to remain patient he further complimented Ronaldo for his exceptional career.

Meanwhile, It is reported that Cristiano Ronaldo has had his medicals done, and it's just a matter of some formalities before he officially signs for the Al-Nassr.
