WWE Hall of Famer Teddy Long in an interview with Sportskeeda wrestling opened up about his relationship with WWE legend The Undertaker.

Fans may remember The Undertaker and Teddy Long working together on Smackdown while Long was the kayfabe GM and Taker was the top star on the show.

The former Smackdown General Manager said that The Undertaker is one of the nicest guys in the wrestling industry and is a cherished friend of his.

The Phenom is widely regarded as one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time thanks to his 25+ year career in the WWE.

Long said that during the early days, Taker struggled hard as he was getting rejected by several promoters during that time and his hard work eventually paid off when WWE hired him.

Earlier this year, the legendary superstar was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame by Vince McMahon in one of the biggest WWE Hall of Fame ceremonies of all time.

Unfortunately Teddy Long wasn't invited to the ceremony and the WWE veteran said that he doesn't know why he wasn't invited and it didn't bother him at all.

The Undertaker still has a contract with the WWE but it looks very unlikely that he will step back into the ring any time soon.
