MMA fans witnessed some amazing moments in the last UFC PPV of the year, UFC 282: Blachowicz vs Ankalaev.

However, there were many controversial moments at UFC especially in the main event as the judges announced the fight a split draw.

Jan Blachowicz and Magomed Ankalaev fought 5 rounds for the vacant light heavyweight title. However, the UFC light heavyweight division still does not have a champion.

This messy situation forced UFC president, Dana White to break his own rule of not making any fights on the night of the event.

Whenever Dana White is asked about future fights after major UFC events he always avoids talking about future matchups.

However, Dana White booked the next title fight in the light heavyweight division between Glover Teixeira and Jamahal Hill for UFC Brazil.

UFC Brazil needed a main event and so it makes sense to book the light heavyweight title fight for the main event of UFC Brazil.

However, Jamahal Hill was scheduled to take on Anthony Smith before Dana White's recent announcement. It seems White was furious with the title situation in the light heavyweight division.
