The final PPV of the year is in the books now. And UFC 282 ended up being one of the most controversial PPVs of the year.

In the co-main event, the judges announced Paddy Pimblett the winner which was shocking for many UFC fans who scored the fight in favor of Jared Gordon.

However, in the main event, the judges messed up even worse and scored the title fight a draw, which should have gone in favor of Magomed Ankalaev.

Russian mixed martial artist Magomed Ankalaev took on Jan Blachowicz in the main event of UFC 282 for the vacant light heavyweight title.

After Jan Blachowicz destroyed Magomed Ankalaev's leg in the first three rounds, Magomed outwrestled Blachowicz in the 4th and 5th round.

However, it was clear that Magomed Ankalaev did enough to win the fight before the judges scored the fight a draw.

The UFC light heavyweight does not have a champion at the moment and Dana White has already booked another title fight for UFC Brazil.

Glover Teixeira will take on Jamahal Hill in the main event of UFC Brazil in early 2023 for the vacant light heavyweight title.
