The WWE Universe is all hyped up for the Royal Rumble 2024. With a massive star-studded roster on the line, the fans are all excited to see the clash between these stars. While many of the active stars are sure to be a part of the legendary Royal Rumble match, many record holders are also expected to grace the event.
Being one of the most anticipated Premium Live Events, the Royal Rumble has gathered much fan attention. Many records are created and broken at the event, giving the stars an opportunity to engrave their names in history. Here are the top 5 stars with the most number of eliminations in the Royal Rumble cumulatively:
5. Braun Strowman
Standing at number 5 is Braun Strowman. In his nine-year career run, the 40-year-old has appeared in seven Royal Rumbles to date. With a huge build, Strowman has eliminated 34 stars in total. However, this isn’t his only accolade.

Braun Strowman also holds the record for the most number of eliminations in a single Royal Rumble. He has eliminated stars including Big E and Kevin Owens in the 2018 Royal Rumble. With a count of 13, he shares this record with Brock Lesnar, who had the same number of eliminations in 2020.
4. ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin
One of the biggest names in the professional wrestling industry is ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin. While he has multiple records to his name during his career, he also holds a place amongst one of the most prestigious Royal Rumble records. Austin stands fourth in eliminating the highest number of stars in his Royal Rumble career.
In his mere six WWE Royal Rumble appearances, Austin has thrashed the dream of 36 stars to win the match. Many notable stars, including Booker T and The Undertaker, add to the list of his victims. He also holds the record for winning the most number of Royal Rumble matches—three.
3. Shawn Michaels
The Heart Break Kid holds his name in the golden book of WWE for multiple reasons. Amongst these is the credit for eliminating one of the highest number of stars in the Royal Rumble match. Shawn Michaels holds a record of 39 eliminations in his 12 matches.

Currently, working as the Senior Vice President of Talent Development Creative at NXT, Michaels will have an integral part to play at the upcoming edition of Royal Rumble. Over the past years, the audience has seen many NXT stars acquire a place among the 30 stars to mark their appearance. Considering Triple H’s keen eye on NXT talents, the same pattern is expected at the upcoming 2024 PLE.
2. The Undertaker
The Undertaker has eliminated the second-highest number of stars in his entire Royal Rumble career. Till date, The Undertaker has appeared in 11 Royal Rumble matches and has eliminated 40 stars in the same. He falls short of six stars to be the leading star on the list.

The DeadMan has served in the ring for over 35 years. Best known for his dark persona, he said goodbye to the ring in 2020. However, after this, he has made a few appearances, leaving fans excited to see the legendary sight once again.
1. Kane
Topping the aforementioned list is The Undertaker’s brother. Kane has appeared in 20 Royal Rumble matches and has eliminated 46 stars in these matches. His eliminations include many top names, including The Rock, whom he eliminated in 2001.
His glorious career record leaves fans wondering if the 56-year-old would appear in yet another match. Kane’s last WWE appearance came back in 2022 at SummerSlam, putting his 2024 Royal Rumble presence under speculations.
